The women Bluejays enjoyed a successful year, landing seven players on All-Missouri Valley Conference teams. In 2005, the Bluejays won the Missouri Valley Conference for the second time in two years, advancing to the First Round of the NCAA Division I Women’s Soccer tournament. The team is lead by Bruce Erickson, Creighton’s all-time winningest coach. Erickson’s 72 career victories put him ahead of all other Women’s Soccer team coaches in Creighton history.
