One of Minnesota’s oldest and biggest clubs, the Burnsville Fire Soccer Club has remained true to it’s community focus while still producing top notch players and teams. The 1992 Under-16 Girls captured a National Championship and the club is proud of alumni Holly Manthei and Leo Cullen, US National Team Players both. The Fire regularly captures more state championships than any other club in the state, while providing a large recreational program and adult teams. The annual Burnsville FIREcup International Invitational in late June/early July is one of the biggest tournaments in Minnesota, typically drawing more than 300 teams from the Upper Midwest and Canada.
